Sex & Nudity شدت: زیاد A woman is tied to a post and stripped naked before being violently whipped (see violence & gore). Her breast and buttocks and briefly seen. Not done for sexual purposes.

Sex & Nudity شدت: زیاد A scene where a group of slaves bathe outside--full frontal and rear nudity seen; male and female; full bodies seen (no closeups). This means that male genitalia are visible and female genitalia are not.

Sex & Nudity شدت: زیاد In a slave market, the slaves are sold nude so that their potential buyers can inspect them. Male & female full-frontal nudity. Male genitalia are clearly visible, while female genitalia are hidden behind merkins.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A drunk man makes multiple threats to many slaves in the movie. Most of the time he has a knife.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد One man kicks another man a few times, but is then tackled and hit several times. No blood or gore.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد R violence type: blood and graphic.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A woman who has been whipped is cared for by other slaves. The wounds on her back are visible and she winces and cries as they clean them.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد In one scene, a few slaves are hanged and we see their bodies convulse briefly.

Profanity شدت: زیاد 'Damn' is said at least three times. 'Goddamn' is said at least twice.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم A man frequently appears intoxicated, which fuels his abuse and torment of the slaves

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم A man says he has been fired once for having alcohol problems.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد Themes of racism throughout.

Sex & Nudity شدت: زیاد A woman approaches a man in the night and makes him pleasure her. From 4'00", until 5'07". She grabs his hand and rubs her breast with it, staring him in the eye, kisses him briefly, then moves his hand to her crotch (just out of the shot) and moans quietly, thrusting slightly. She then turns away and starts crying. The man is clothed, the woman wears a low top, and, although hidden by shadow, her cleavage is partially visible at times. At 5'04" the edge of her nipple is seen for a split second as she turns away.

Sex & Nudity شدت: زیاد A female slave is raped by her male master. Her breast is briefly visible.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A woman is whipped on the back numerous times. The camera angle is usually opposite to the actual contact But we can still see the graphic wounds, whipping sounds, pained faces and even blood mist and skin spraying from the most savage hits. We even see gilmpses of bone each time a piece of skin is striked off.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A man is hit on the back with a wooden club-pan multiple times bloodlessly.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A woman's face/eye is scratched, possibly with a razor. Difficult to tell which, as it's brief and seen from a distance.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A man is hanged by the neck on his toes for an extended scene before the rope is cut down.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A man is stabbed once with a knife. Minimal blood.

Profanity شدت: زیاد A man sings an old slave song called "Run, Nigger, Run," for an extended time.

Profanity شدت: زیاد 'Bastard' is said a small number of times. Minimal uses of 'Shit' and 'Bitch' too.

Profanity شدت: زیاد 'Fuck' is said at least once.

Profanity شدت: زیاد 'Hell' is said once.

Profanity شدت: زیاد Very frequent use of the "n-word".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم Several characters drink casually throughout the film.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد The whipping, beating, and face-damage scenes could all be hard to watch. The rape may upset some viewers.
