Profanity شدت: ندارد 'Damn' is said twice.

Sex & Nudity شدت: کم The film has a sexual plot and revolves around a man letting people use his apartment for adulterous sex. However the sex scenes are not shown and only heard from outside the apartment but it's still not appropriate for kids.

Sex & Nudity شدت: کم A man says he "took advantage of" a woman "in bed". Actually referring to a card game though it is intentionally misleading joke about rape.

Sex & Nudity شدت: کم A man hits a female co-worker on the bottom with a newspaper.

Sex & Nudity شدت: کم A man is called a "lover" and a "sexpot."

Sex & Nudity شدت: کم It is implied that many, if not most, "happily married men" cheat on their wives, and occasionally their girlfriends will even cheat on them as well.

Sex & Nudity شدت: کم Lots of sex scenes offscreen. We see after they're done.

Sex & Nudity شدت: کم The neighbour thought she heard a burglary in another apartment but it was just people having sex.

Sex & Nudity شدت: کم A man meets a woman in a bar and they go back to his apartment and are about to have sex but the stop.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم A doctor slaps a woman hard several times in order to wake her. Another man winces while watching.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم A woman attempts to commit suicide by overdosing on drugs(sleeping pill). Quite intense.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم The main character describes a time that he was about to commit suicide, but only ended up shooting himself in the knee.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم A man punches another man in the face twice resulting in a bloody mouth and a bad black eye.

Profanity شدت: ندارد 'Hell' is said three times.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم A man and woman at a restaurant drink alcohol and the man smokes a cigarette.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم Several references to the alcohol in a man's house.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم A scene takes place in a bar where many people are drinking and smoking cigarettes.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم There is a scene where a woman tries to overdose.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم There is quite a bit of smoking and drinking throughout the film with no moral judgments at all. This would be fairly accurate for the time.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم The doctor next door does not smoke, but does not comment on Baxter smoking or imply it is a health risk that he believes would warrant making out a will (as opposed to his drinking).

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم What is particularly notable is a Christmas party at the office with most of the employees roaring drunk.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم There's even a drunken Santa Claus hanging out at a bar.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: کم The movie contains a suicide attempt (drug overdose), a past suicide attempt (only discussed) and other actions mistaken for suicide attempts: Gas, gunshot.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: کم The focus of the plot around infidelity may be difficult for some viewers.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: کم It's meant for adults but 13-14+ can probably watch it.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: کم There are some very sad spots dealing with things like suicide.
